1. Our Products
We sell household, handicraft and natural products made in villages.
All products are sourced from local artisans and farmers.
We make every effort to maintain the quality and purity of the products.
2. Order and Payment
The order will be considered successful only when the payment is completed.
Payment options include UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, debit/credit cards etc.
If for any reason the payment is deducted and the order is not generated, the money will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We try to deliver orders within 3 to 10 business days (time may vary by location).
Delivery charges will depend on order weight and location, which will be shown at checkout.
4. Return and Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted only if damaged, broken, or wrong product is received (report within 7 days of delivery).
Customer must make an unboxing video of the package for return/refund.
5. User Rules
Customer will not provide false information, fake orders or engage in harmful activities.
Customer will not give false reviews of any product which harms the image of the company.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All images, brands, names and content shown on www.gaowale.in are the property of the company. Using them without permission is illegal.
7. Privacy Policy
All your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, email) is kept completely confidential. It will be used only for order processing and delivery.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the legal process will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hoshangabad, Madhya Pradesh.
